Villa Toscana offers an ideal setting for all special events. A large outdoor terrace, the heart of the property, is a picturesque setting featuring limestone tiles imported from Italy, vine-covered trellises, an outdoor fireplace, custom French-inspired iron work, original, artistic murals and romantic fountains. Curved staircases to our upstairs villa suites provide an ideal location for beautiful and unique photographs.

Cucina Banquet Room: 50 people seated, 80 standing
Cucina Banquet Room & Patio: 80 people seated, 100 standing
Villa Courtyard: 300 people

Rental Fees and Inclusions: Our specific venues and rental rates are listed below.

A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time the contract
is drawn up between you and the Villa Toscana.

Cucina Banquet Room & Patio: The perfect place for corporate meetings, winemaker dinners, holiday parties and all types of celebrations. Inclusions for this room are tables and chairs for up to 50 people, mahogany bar and wine service staff.

The following fees apply to events held in our Cucina Banquet Room:

Villa Courtyard & Lawn: Ideal for large outdoor events. Inclusions for the courtyard area include an Event Manager, large bar area and one bartender per 100 guests. Events held in the courtyard without rental of the Villa Toscana suites must conclude by 4:00 pm and have a maximum of 120 people. Events greater than 120 people and/or evening events are required to reserve the entire property for the night of the event. The property includes 8 suites, the Dolcetto Cottage and the Winemaker's Residence.

The following fees apply to events held in the Villa Courtyard & Lawn area:

Wine:

Only Martin & Weyrich and York Mountain Wines and Champagne, as well as beer, can be served.
You are billed for wine by consumption only.

All of the other facets of your event such as a caterer, banquet tables, linens, chairs, etc.,
would have to be rented from an area rental facility.

If your event is held only within the Cucina Banquet room, you are welcome to use the
Villa Toscana wood tables and chairs, which seat 4, and can be put together for 6 tops and 8 tops.

A catering contract with the Caterer and Villa Toscana is required.
Any audio, visual, or telecommunication equipment will have to be
rented from another source.

Events are booked in 5-hour blocks between the hours of 11:00am and 10:00pm.
Additional hours are available for $500 per hour.

WEDDING & RECEPTION
RATES & INFORMATION

If you decide you wish to secure a date at Villa Toscana, you will have to submit
a $500.00 non-refundable booking fee. A non-refundable deposit of $5,000.00 is required
thirty days after securing your date to hold the rooms for your wedding.
At that time a contract between you and the Villa Toscana will be drawn up.
When reserving our property for an event, you are also required to book all of the rooms
for the night before and the night of your event. All rates are subject to a 9% occupancy tax.
Check in time is at 4pm and check out time is at Noon. All room rates are based on double
occupancy. Additional people can be added at $75.oo additional per person,
plus our 9% occupancy tax.
The property includes 8 suites, the Dolcetto Cottage and the Winemaker’s Residence. There are 4 queen rooms
and 4 king rooms, a 2 bedroom Tuscan Cottage as well as the Winemaker’s Residence which is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath,
living room, kitchen and dining room facility.

Rental of Suites:

$6,055.00, plus 9% occupancy tax, per night.

cake table, etc., would have to be rented from an area rental facility. Villa Toscana has 25 round tables and 250 white wedding chairs available for rent.
Your selection of Catering Company will need to be approved
by the Villa Toscana. Therefore we will need to be in contact with them
and they will need to sign our catering contract.
