• All of our room rates are based on double occupancy. Two additional children, twelve and under, can also be included in the standard price.
• For extra indivduals per room: We require an additional charge of $75.00 per person (plus 9% occupancy tax). This will include breakfast and afternoon appetizers.
• We offer roll away beds and cribs at an additional charge of $25.00 per night (plus 9% occupany tax), per bed or crib.
• All rooms include complimentary full gourmet breakfast, plus buffet in the Bistro, every morning. In the evening we offer complimentary wine and hors d'ouvres. Breakfast is served between 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM daily. Room service for breakfast is available.
• Any additional guests joining you for breakfast or afternoon appetizers will be billed $20.00 per meal, and may be applied to your room bill.
• Fridays, Saturdays, certain holidays, and special events usually require a two night minimum stay.
• Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are considered weekend nights.
• Please inform us at time of reservation of any dietary or allergy considerations.
• Reservations office is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Reservations are confirmed with advance deposit equal to one night's stay.
• Applicable city and state taxes are not included in published rates.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Major credit cards, travelers and bank checks, and cash accepted.
• Room taxes include a 9% occupancy tax.

Cancellation Policy:

• $20 cancellation/processing fee will be charged.
• The Villa Toscana does have a seven (7) day cancellation policy. If cancellation is necessary, please do so prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a charge for one night.

• Special arrangements must be made in advance for arrivals later than 10:00 PM.
• Check-out: 12:00 PM.
• Gourmet in-room lunches & dinners can be provided upon request. Please check with our front desk for details.
• Inn tours are available upon request.
• We regret that PETS cannot be accommodated. Call for local kennel information.
• For the health of all our guests, SMOKING is allowed only in the garden. All our rooms are 100% smoke free.
• For the respect of all our guests, quiet time is at 10:00 p.m.
• Upon arrival guests will receive one complimentary bottle of wine.
